For one person taking appointments — a practice, a rented chair, a mobile beautician.
1 SMS. Your plan's allowance renews every month. Confirmations and reminders count towards it. When it runs out, buy an SMS pack in the dashboard (1 credit = 1 SMS): 100 SMS — PLN 15, 500 SMS — PLN 60, 2000 SMS — PLN 200 + VAT. Emails are unlimited.
2 Deposits. Payments are handled by Paynow or Tpay, and the money goes to your account with the provider. Ranedo takes no commission on deposits or appointments; provider fees follow your agreement with them.

Net prices. 23% VAT is added. You receive a VAT invoice for every paid period.
Free trial and Free plan. 14 days of the Team plan free with no card. Before the trial ends, we'll email you. If you don't pay for a plan, nothing is charged and the account moves to the Free plan on its own: 1 person, up to 40 bookings a month with full customer data (clients can always book; above the limit you see their details after upgrading), no deposits, no SMS included. An unpaid paid plan also moves to the Free plan after a 7-day grace period.
No fixed-term contract. Cancel in the dashboard; your paid plan runs to the end of the paid period, then the account moves to the Free plan.

No. Open an account and use the Team plan for 14 days. Before the trial ends, we'll email you — pay for a plan by BLIK, bank transfer or card. If you don't pay, nothing is charged and the account moves to the Free plan (up to 40 bookings a month with full customer data).
What does 0% commission mean?+
Ranedo takes no fee on the value of your appointments or on new clients. You only pay the subscription. The only usage-based costs are payment-provider fees on online deposits (under your agreement with the provider) and any extra SMS you buy beyond your plan's allowance.
How do you count staff?+
We count people who have their own booking calendar in the system. Solo covers 1 person; Team includes 5 and Studio 5, and each additional person costs PLN 15 + VAT a month. Example: a salon with 7 people on the Team plan pays PLN 109 + VAT a month.
How much do I save by paying yearly?+
Pay for a year upfront and get 2 months free — you pay for 10 months instead of 12. Solo then costs PLN 390 + VAT a year, Team PLN 790 and Studio PLN 1,490.
Can I change plans?+
Yes. Upgrade in the dashboard at any time. A downgrade takes effect from the next billing period.
What if I run out of SMS?+
Email reminders keep working with no limit. Top up SMS with a pack in the dashboard (1 credit = 1 SMS): 100 SMS — PLN 15, 500 SMS — PLN 60, 2000 SMS — PLN 200 + VAT. You can switch off the second reminder (2 hours before the appointment) in settings.
Are there any other costs?+
The subscription covers the system, your salon page with online booking and SMS within your plan's allowance. You pay separately for SMS beyond the allowance (packs in the dashboard) and payment-provider fees on online deposits.
Will I get a VAT invoice?+
Yes, for every paid period. Prices are net; 23% VAT is added.
