Booking for massage and physiotherapy practices

Therapy is usually a series of sessions, not a single visit. Your clients need regular slots; you need time to prepare the room and confidence that the hour won't go to waste.

How it works for you

  • Courses of sessions. coming soon

Setting up a whole course in one go is in the works. Today you book the next session from the client card with "book again", and the client gets a reminder before each one.

  • Passes. coming soon

A package, e.g. 10 massages, with used sessions counted down — in the works.

  • Buffer between clients.

Add time to each service to change the linen and prepare the table. The calendar won't book appointments back to back.

  • Longer first visit.

An initial consultation and a follow-up are separate services, each with its own duration and price.

  • Notes on the client card.

Note what helped, what to watch out for and the plan for the next sessions. You grant access to client cards in roles — someone without access to clients won't see them.

What Ranedo Rezerwacje doesn't do

It's an appointment booking system, not an electronic medical records system. If you keep medical records, continue to use a system designed for that.
