How it works for you

Set consultation hours.
Choose your days and hours, and clients see only free slots. Changing your schedule doesn't mean rewriting appointments.

First consultation and follow-ups.
The initial consultation can take 90 minutes and later sessions 50. Each service has its own duration, price and a buffer for notes after the session.

Recurring bookings, e.g. every Tuesday at 5 pm, are in the works. Today you book the next session from the client card with "book again".

Discreet messages.
You write the confirmation and reminder text yourself — you can leave the service name out of the SMS.

Each specialist in their own calendar.
A staff member sees their own calendar and their own visit history. You grant access to client cards and settings in roles, so when you share a practice, everyone has separate access.

Deposit for the first visit.
It cuts down on consultations missed without notice. Clients see the refund rules before paying.
What Ranedo Rezerwacje doesn't do
It's an appointment booking system, not an electronic medical records system. Notes on the client card are an organisational aid and don't replace the records you keep under the rules of your profession.

Solo (PLN 39 + VAT) — a private practice. Team (PLN 79 + VAT) — a practice with several specialists, each with their own calendar; 5 people included, each additional person +PLN 15 + VAT.
