No. You can run both: keep your Booksy profile to win new clients and invite your regulars to book through your own link. Ranedo Rezerwacje doesn't sync with the Booksy calendar, so during the switch block out the hours you manage with us in Booksy — that way nobody books the same slot twice.

Download a CSV export of your clients from your current system and upload it in the dashboard (Clients → Import). You map the columns: name, phone, email and notes. With a typical client base this takes about 5 minutes. If your file has an unusual format, send it to us and we'll help you prepare it. Imported clients receive reminders about their appointments, and you record marketing consents on the client card.

Solo includes 50, Team 200 and Studio 500 SMS a month. Confirmations and reminders count towards the allowance, which renews every month. When it runs out, buy an SMS pack in the dashboard (1 credit = 1 SMS): 100 SMS — PLN 15, 500 SMS — PLN 60, 2000 SMS — PLN 200 + VAT. Emails keep going with no limit. You can switch off the second reminder (2 hours before the appointment).

You switch deposits on for selected services — as a fixed amount or a percentage of the price. Clients pay when booking via Paynow or Tpay, and the money goes to your account with the provider. You set the refund rules in the dashboard (e.g. a full refund if cancelled up to 24 hours before), and clients see them before paying. Ranedo takes no commission on deposits; the payment provider charges a fee under your agreement with them. Describe when a deposit is non-refundable in your salon's terms — there's a template in the dashboard for you to complete.

You do. You are the controller of your clients' data, and Ranedo processes it on your behalf under a data processing agreement you accept when you open your account. We have no marketplace, we don't show your clients to other salons and we don't send them competitors' offers. You can download your client list as a file at any time. You decide in roles and permissions which team members can see client cards.

Every salon already gets a page at yourname.rezerwacje.ranedo.com — with its name, address and a booking button — and you can put the booking link on social media or embed the widget on your website. A full website from a template (services with prices, team, photos, opening hours) and a custom domain with an SSL certificate from the Team plan are in the works. We don't give a date — on the pricing page these features are marked "coming soon".

Everyone on your team logs in with their own account. The owner sees everything, and you give everyone else a role: a staff member sees their own calendar and their own visit history, reception can run the whole team's calendar. You narrow access to clients, services and settings in roles. The Team plan includes 5 people with a booking calendar; each additional person costs PLN 15 + VAT a month.

Yes. We issue a VAT invoice for every paid period — you get a payment confirmation by email and download the PDF invoice in the dashboard under Subscription. Prices on this site are net; we add 23% VAT.

There's no fixed-term contract. Cancel in the dashboard: your paid plan runs to the end of the paid period, then the account moves to the Free plan. Before you go, download an export of your clients and appointments. The free trial doesn't turn into a paid plan on its own — you don't give us a card, so nothing is charged automatically; after 14 days the account moves to the Free plan.

We're working on it as a separate module. We're planning groups with limited places and a waiting list, parent accounts with several children, attendance lists, make-up classes and monthly or per-term fees. We're not giving a date yet.
