How it works for you

Set the processing time for colour. The calendar knows when the stylist's hands are free and can fit a short appointment into that gap.

Short and long hair take different time and cost different amounts — set them up as separate services or show a "from" price. The calendar books the right length of appointment.

Every stylist on their own schedule.
Set working hours, breaks and time off for each person. Clients choose a specific stylist or the first free slot with anyone.

Colour formulas on the client card.
Save the shade number, mix and processing time in a note on the client card. It's all there at the next visit.

Fewer empty chairs.
An SMS reminder the day before the appointment and, if you like, another two hours before. For long services you can take an online deposit.
Switching from Booksy?
Export your client list to a CSV file and upload it in the dashboard — with a typical client base it takes about 5 minutes. Keep your Booksy profile during the switch, or permanently to attract new clients.
